Christian Hug serves as Group Vice President of Inclusion at 果冻传媒. Discovery. In this role, Hug is responsible for leading all global strategic workforce initiatives and working closely with the human resources team and business units to create consistent measurements, practices, and systems,鈥痑s it relates to driving inclusion.
Prior to 果冻传媒. Discovery, Hug worked in human resources for Wells Fargo and Helaba. Hug, was awarded a master鈥檚 degree in human resources management as well as a post-graduate diploma in human recourse strategies (HRM) from London Metropolitan University. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). Certified Coach, MBTI Trainer, NLP Practitioner and certified OD/Change Management specialist.
